Our latest bi-monthly CASA of the Heartland newsletter is out now. In this edition, we discuss:
  • End-of-year giving options and ideas about how to get involved with CASA in the coming year.
  • The results of our Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant proposal.
  • Details on how our dedicated Featured Volunteer, Rita Reames, came to CASA and why she has decided to stay on to serve thirteen children in total over the years.

Twenty-six CASA volunteers are currently serving 82 abused and neglected children in Hardin County Family Court; donations will help us continue to provide 24/7 support to active CASA volunteers while also recruiting and training new volunteers for the 34 children currently on the wait list for a CASA.
